My Water Advisor® 2.0

Monitor your water usage & receive leak alerts

The City of Idalou’s My Water Advisor® 2.0 portal gives you access to your water usage information and can help you identify potential leaks before they become costly problems.

With My Water Advisor® 2.0, you can:

Monitor your daily water usage
Receive leak alerts and notifications
Track water consumption throughout the month
Identify unusually high water usage
Create monthly water budgets

Please note: My Water Advisor® 2.0 is for monitoring water usage and cannot be used to pay your utility bill. To view or pay your utility bill, please use the Utility Billing Online portal.

New users must create their account through a web browser before using the mobile app. Please enter your utility account number with the dashes included.

THIS TAX RATE WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR’S TAX RATE.

THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 5.00 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $23.18.
