Utility Billing Online
Manage your City of Idalou utility account online. Our customer portal allows you to view your account information, monitor water usage, and manage your utility account from your computer or mobile device.
Through the online portal, you can:
- View your current utility bill and account balance
- Make an online payment
- Review your water usage
- Monitor usage to help identify possible leaks
- Access your account anytime, anywhere

2026-2027 Budget
THIS TAX RATE WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR’S TAX RATE.
THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 5.00 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $23.18.
