The mission of the Idalou Police Department is to provide community oriented law enforcement that will offer a safe environment for those that live and visit Idalou. The department is committed to maintaining the “home town” atmosphere by preventing crime and protecting life and property. We will complete this mission by remaining steadfast in service, integrity, and justice.
