City Administrator

The City Administrator works with the Mayor and City Council to assist in the development of clear policy and effective direction and provides strong leadership to City Staff so that Council policies are implemented and goals are achieved through the development of city policies and the implementation of said policies established by ordinances and resolutions.

She works with the community as well as other area governmental bodies to continue working to keep already established relationships strong and to develop new ones to enhance trust and respect in the community. She also has a team oriented and collaborative style which encourages creativity and values excellence. She values strategic planning and continues the City’s highly successful multi-year strategic planning and budgeting processes.
